Logistics software that stays true when volume and partners get messy.
We build platforms ops and finance can trust—inventory, handoffs, and settlement that stay reconcilable when warehouses, partners, and peak load collide.
In the field
Problems we usually meet
Logistics software fails in familiar ways: status nobody trusts, stock that drifts under load, partner updates that arrive late or partial, and settlement that cannot match the floor. We design for those pressures—not for the happy path in staging.
Status nobody can defend
When one timeline tries to describe every kind of movement, ops invents workarounds and finance stops trusting the screen.
Inventory that drifts under load
Receiving, transfers, and delivery updates break soft architecture. Exceptions hide; stock truth slips between systems.
Partners that fail partially
Imports and syncs must survive peak volume, retries, and incomplete partner responses—not only the clean demo path.
Settlement that fights the floor
Fees, tariffs, and ownership timing have to stay reconcilable when paperwork and warehouse events move at different speeds.
Work in action
Selected work in logistics
Specific delivery shaped by real throughput and partner complexity.
Platform rebuild
Proxy buying and consignment on explicit models
Legacy order software collapsed buy-for-me and consignment into one brittle status model—so operations could not trust where an order really was.
We rebuilt the platform so order kinds are first-class: proxy purchasing from suppliers versus transportation when goods already exist, with warehouse routes, fees, and settlement paths that match how the business works.
Customers can track goods across borders; warehouse and buying staff share a coherent queue; finance gets reconcilable positions instead of competing spreadsheets.
Operations
Inventory and movement that survive volume
High-throughput receiving, warehouse transfer, and delivery updates broke soft architecture—exceptions hid, and stock truth drifted.
We designed inventory and movement flows for peak load, retries, and partial partner failure, with states ops teams can read without reverse-engineering the database.
Warehouse teams run the floor with clearer state; finance depends on the same numbers for settlement.
How we work here
How we show up in this field
Reconcilable state, durable interfaces, and software that survives partner change.
Explicit obligation models
Domain models that keep ownership and settlement boundaries clear—so edge cases do not hide inside custom scripts.
Warehouse-aware architecture
Routes, receipts, and fee structures treated as part of the product—not afterthoughts on a shopping cart.
Interfaces built for volume
Sync and import paths designed for peak load and partial failure.
Modernization without pausing the floor
Sequenced replacement when legacy stacks cannot absorb new partners—so day-to-day movement keeps running.
