Legacy order software collapsed buy-for-me and consignment into one brittle status model—so operations could not trust where an order really was.

We rebuilt the platform so order kinds are first-class: proxy purchasing from suppliers versus transportation when goods already exist, with warehouse routes, fees, and settlement paths that match how the business works.

Customers can track goods across borders; warehouse and buying staff share a coherent queue; finance gets reconcilable positions instead of competing spreadsheets.
